  Lovely room with an excellent view. The 3 flights of stairs was almost worth it for the views.

  A great place! Staff were really nice, and were able to recommend things to do for the weekend. The owners were great to talk to.
  
  Our room had recently been renovated, it was warm without the heating and very comfortable. Unfortunately there was no view from our room, but you didn't have to go too far to see it.
  
  We only ate here for one night but the food was beautiful. The monkfish didn't quite fit with tomato pasta, but the flavours for both were great. The pork was was very tender and definitely good if you like blue cheese!
  
  Would definitely come back here if we were staying in this part of the Lakes.

  I stood there for 2 nights and the room was big, clean, comfortable and very quiet. The bathroom was really clean and brand new too.The breakfast was cooked on demand and really good. And the staff especially was really useful and friendly.
